Video Editing boards?

Does anyone around here know of any good disscussion forums for digital video editing? I'm still into music, i've just been laying low for a while and i'm getting into a little bit of video technology.

I got all my video questions answered at www.VCDhelp.com ... What does a video editing board do? I seen them on eBay and on The Simpsons, but never figured out what they could do.
