Has anyone ever done one - vlogging I think it's called... If so, what d'you say in it?? I don't want to appear too cliched if you get me...I was also thinking of getting someone to do a video interview as it might seem less contrived. So yeah, has anyone ever done anything like it?

You point a webcam at your face and talk for 2-5 minutes.

Bonus points if you have decent-quality audio and sound.
Extra bonus points if you go back and edit out the "ums", "aws", and dead air.
Super-mega-ultra bonus points if you have something worthwhile to say.
