vegas 4 - changing shortcuts

is there a way i can change the assigned shortcuts in vegas 4? i've looked around, but to no avail...haha...

like for exmaple, record is the number "0", back to the begininng of the song is the backspace key...etc. etc.

and while i'm on it - can I make shortcuts for changing track views zooming, etc...? it's such a pain how the zoom tool works. even ntrack kills it here. haha.
