I iratecaller666 New member Dec 6, 2005 #6 Hey Yeah tonally they're totally the same. Cool factor dictates that you get the pro. I've owned the pro. It didn't fit my needs, but it fit nicely in my rack. The SPDIF output came in really handy. It was a breeze to connect directly into my soundcard with as low noise as possible. Tristan
