Okay, so I just got a JamHub and wanted to use it via USB into Cubase 5. The problem is, I don't see it in Cubase anywhere. Went to File>Preferences and Device setup/VST Connections. Am I looking in the wrong place? Or is there another problem?

If you don't know what the JamHub is, look into it.

I've got the JamHub out via USB to my PC. The L/R outs from the sound card return to the JamHub for monitoring and then output from JamHub to my powered monitors for mixing.

Quick word on the JamHub: INCREDIBLE! I'll be using it for FOH, in-ears, and recording live sets. One of the coolest pieces of equipment I've ever purchased.

Audio Interfaces would show up under the ASIO driver section- then channel selectors...

Had to switch to Generic Low Latency ASIO driver (40ms latency vs. 5ms E-Mu). Unfortunately, the USB on the JamHub is "OUT" only. So, no return audio via USB and using that driver disables the E-Mu completely. The workaround is analog in/out between E-Mu and Jamhub and use the better driver. So far, that's the only shortcoming I've found for the JamHub. USB can still be used for 2 track live recording with an independent mix.

I had an ASIO4ALL driver that came bundled with cubase I think- very nice driver... it has its own control panel- try finding a different freeware ASIO driver with its own control panel (will let you select devices)
