Hi all!
My first post on this forum
I'm planning to record live drums for my band very soon and I was wondering if there is any way I can hook up an Apogee Duet(old) and the new Quartet together on the same machine. I've been really digging the Apogee sound for the past couple of years that I'm using the Duet, very unlike the MOTU mkIII i had used before which sounded pretty ordinary as compared to the big and open sounding preamps of the Duet.
Also are there any 6(or more) channel preamps within a similar budget(2000-2500USD) which sound as good? The ensemble is out because it only has 4 mic pres. The sound is of paramount importance
Thanks!
