Using a monitor for a multritrack recorder

I was wondering if you can hook up a computer monitor to multitrack recorders so you don't have to use the small screen?
 
depends which multitrack you are talking about
 
Doesn't look like it on that one. There is a USB mode though, maybe someone will/has made a utility to mirrow the settings onto the PC using that driver.
 
Nope, I own a D888. You don't have a port or power to drive a video monitor. When using usb to connect to a computer the Korg appears as a separate hard drive. You can transfer your tracks to a DAW such as Sonar and do detailed editing there, but I suggest that you then transfer you edits back to the multitrack and do final mixdown there. To me, the mixes just sound better from the D888. Hope this helps.
