Hi, guys,
I'd like to know your suggestion and help.
I've been using the Triple Dat Card for a few years; First, with its original software, then with CEP2 and even tried it with Cubase. However, I wanna get rid of my Win98 partition but, as many of you might know, Creamware has never developed WinXP drivers for the TripleDAT
So, since I also have a SB Live!, I've been considering its inputs for my multitracking. Either that or one of the USB solutions available out there.
My question is: Should I go for the USB solution - M-Audio MobilePre USB, for example - or get a small mixer, like the Soundcraft Compact 4, and use the analog inputs of the SB Live! ?
One thing is sure: I'll miss the TripleDAT but using Win98 just because of it is a waste. Or maybe not... ?!
