hey guys
been having issues trying to get my keyboard to act as a midi controller. I know what I need to to settings wise to get it to work but both in cubase and fruity loops I'm getting nothing.
The red light on the us-122l shows that midi is connected IE my yamaha to it and the red light responds in time when i press keys.
But no response from any PC program. I have a virtual midi controller that I can use with my PC keyboard and it accepts the inputs so I'm at a loss as to why the real thing isn't working.
suggestions?
nm, sorted, was the virtual midi messing with my settings, now all is well. ta

ok works ok in cubase but i get delay in fruity loops. Fruity loops is easier for me to work with, cubase shits me because i don't know the shortcut keys. any advice?
edit* now working in cubase as I uninstalled the virtual controller. still no luck with fruity loops
