unwanted noise

I have a song that was mixed a while back and i lost all copies of it but one. Now it has this awful noise(like chk chk chk) that is on most of it. How can I get rid of that "distortion"

I think the RX plugins can fix quite a bit but without hearing it it will be hard for people to comment

you should maybe post up an MP3 of it so folks can hear what needs to be fixed
