Yeah, without the lyrics the vocals are a bit pointless, so it might work better as an instrumental until I find some lyrics

Well first off, you're already well ahead of the game if you're 15 meaning you have plenty of time to let your recording skills and writing, chops etc.. develop.
Very nice job, 1 hour must've been tight but it's good to hear you're in a studio getting experience.
I think there was something about the guitar and the vocals fighting over the same frequency that made the vocals seem obscured to me. Perhaps I think Milan said it best, the soundhole resonance seemed to be overpowering at times. Keep up the good work Canny!

Yeah there's no question about that. I had one hour, we didnt really think about setting up the microphone. We put it up, and recorded If I'd had more time, I woulda found a nice place, the positioning made it boomy

I'm actually quite thankful for that score (looking at the other ones you're handing out), can't be too bad. I'll try and get some lyrics done soon, and then do a re-recording when I get some equipment.

hey, i really dig the punchiness of the guitars, especially the bottom end. Although they lack some highs, this is the tight sound I usually aim for when trying to record acoustic guitars, but I can never get it right...What mic did you use?
15, huh? You should really save up some money and buy some recording gear, I think you will have a great time recording and poping out awsome tunes!
