Undefined SoundFont Error

I'm trying to attatch soundfonts for the first time but I think I'm missing a step because I keep getting this error, whichever bank I try to put it in. I'm using an Audigy 2 ZS soundcard.

Yo ManDoom,
Have you raised amount of memory alocated for soundfonts on Creative's AudioHQ?

Open Creative's AudioHQ application, select soundfonts to open, click on Options tab, raise Memory Cache slider as necessary.

Back to Cakewalk, attach soundfonts...
