If you haven't heard yet, Cakewalk is making the Ultrafunk Sonitus plug-ins available again. They can be purchased as individual plugs or the entire suite. Unfortunately, there is no trial version available.

So, I would like to get feedback from those of you who have used the Ultrafunk stuff. I am particularly interested in the EQ and reverb.

I like the Sonitus suite that came with Producer Edition very much. The most useful are the multiband compressor, reverb, and EQ.

I use the Sonitus EQ and Multiband compressor all the time. Very good sounding and easy to work with. The verb's good too, but less noteworthy, IMO. The suite's a good purchase if you need it...

For me, they had a quality like Waves, sound smooth like Timeworks, rather CPU friendly like Antares... They're a must have ones!!!

Thumbs up on the eq, and the comp (and the very nice limiter in there too) over here. Delay (with diffusion and filters), verb with sperate early reflection control and some of the other ones get use also.
I don't use the multi-band all that much but I have a set of squisher-brightener presets I always play with to get a different view on mixes.
Still want pan on the delay voices and a level control for the limiter though. :p

i like the sonitus reverb much more than the pantheon (most likely due to my extreme ignorance of the pantheon plug in).

Actually, now that i think of it, the only thing that was beneficial to me getting the producer edition over the studio edtion was teh sonitus packages. I don't use the pantheon and i don't like vsampler much (i like kompact). I don't use the EQ per channel much either, although i probably should. Hopefully there wil be two versions of sonar 4 to choose from. I'll prolly go for the cheaper one.
