OMG, This Kicks ass!!!!! Kicks ass!!!! kicks ass!!!!! :D :D :D :D

Bring on another RUMBLE! And another, And another!!!!

THeSe rUmBlEs HaVe gOt tO Be tHe bEsT iDeA EvEr fOr tHiS FoRuM!!!!!!!! :) :) :) :)

Now ya need to purchase one, so you can hear the awesome guitar playing. :)

Hey Tim, are these babies for sale?

Well, Dogman made copies for the Rumble participants up through 6/25 and the CDRs have been recently mailed. :) It was a good feeling to make a real world connection with fellow Rumblers, as it's not that common that we all give up our online anonymity in our communications. We do have a few CDRs remaining...but...

...OK, yeah, they're available for purchase... for only $199.95 ea. Anyone interested please make your check payable to me and I'll see that one is sent. :D :D :D :D :D

apl was the other mail handler besides me, and I bet he'd agree on this system. What do you think apl? The various Rumble threads have had 4 or 5 thousand views. So if each viewer bought just ONE CDR that'd be around a half million $ for you and the same for me, less postage costs of course.

Tim

Yes, the first Rumble was organized by mshilarious - quite brilliantly actually. Occasionally since then comments about the goofiness of those first backing tracks have been made by those who weren't involved in the startup and didn't see how the silly aspect of the backing was the thing that made it successful initially. If it had been serious at the beginning probably only a few guitarists would have done it IMO, and I doubt the Rumble phenomenon would have developed.

As far as Rumblers getting their CDR... If you missed the PM sent to everybody on 7/1, relax. We saved you a copy. All you need to do is PM me your mailing address and it'll be on its way.

Here's a copy of the original PM:
07-01-2005,
Rumble CDR

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Rumble entries posted through 6/25/05 have been collected by Dogman, who burned CDRs and printed a tracklist for each of us. Apl and I now have the discs and are ready to send them out. If you’d like to have one, just PM me your snail mail address by Sunday 7/10. No money involved. Once I’ve got the addresses I’ll be splitting the list w/apl and we’ll be mailing the week of 7/11. On the odd chance my PM mailbox fills up (just emptied it out), contact me by email at tim@timothylawler.com

That's awesome. I'm sorry I was too busy with PMC #11 to do the later rumbles. As soon as I'm up at the new house, I'm back in with my vicious raging atonal aimless solos!

I'll give you 25% of all proceeds....problem is we are about $3mil in debt due to some "CREATIVE" financial dealings. But I did put your name on as the contact for the court proceedings.... :D

Hey! What about my cut of the royalties! I was one half of the original argument that started the first rumble! :)

Well, I'm still waiting for the composers of each backing track to file suit for copyright violation, since all of the Rumblers created and distributed recordings of their works without the required mechanical licenses. I haven't heard from the Harry Fox Agency wanting the fees yet but I'm sure it's just a matter of time. Isn't the minimum compulsory license through them now for 2000 copies? That'd cost us each around $2000, even if one had only a hundred or so downloads. That's the price of being a famous guitarist I guess.

Tim, hiding out (from the intellectual property attorneys) in Mexico.

P.S.
And to answer all questions about Rumble royalties...

An essay on All your Royalties are belong to me

'Brilliant', 'Quite Good', 'What?', these are just some of the comments made recently in the press regarding All your Royalties are belong to me. The constantly changing fashionable take on All your Royalties are belong to me demonstrates the depth of the subject. While much has been written on its influence on contemporary living, it is impossible to overestimate its impact on modern thought. It still has the power to shock the aristocracy, who are likely to form a major stronghold in the inevitable battle for hearts and minds. Hold onto your hats as we begin a journey into All your Royalties are belong to me.

Social Factors

While some scholars have claimed that there is no such thing as society, this is rubbish. When Sir Bernard Chivilary said 'hounds will feast on society' [1] he was clearly refering to the impact of All your Royalties are belong to me on today's society. Spanning divides such as class, race and uglyness, All your Royalties are belong to me is crunchy on the outside but soft in the middle.

Status, Security, Fame - All your Royalties are belong to me, all revolve around this 'golden fleece'. It is intrinsically linked to adolescent inner acclimatisation.

Economic Factors

Is unemployment inherently bad for an economy? Yes. We will study the Lead-a-Duck-to-Water model. For those of you unfamiliar with this model it is derived from the Three-Amigos model but with greater emphasis on the outlying gross national product.
Average
Wage

All your Royalties are belong to me

How do we explain these clear trends? Obviously the average wage, ultimately decided by politicians, will always be heavily influenced by All your Royalties are belong to me due to its consistently high profile in the portfolio of investors. Perhaps to coin a phrase All your Royalties are belong to meeconomics will be the buzz word of the century

Political Factors

Politics has in some areas been seen to embrace an increasing ananiathesis of intergovernmentalism leading to neo-functionalism. Comparing the electoral politics of most Western and Eastern European countries is like comparing All your Royalties are belong to me and former Wolves striker Steve Bull.

Take a moment to consider the words of style icon Maximilian Lionel Forbes Dickinson 'Political idealists must ideally deal, for I daily list my ideals politically.' [2] Considered by many to be one of the 'Founding Fathers' of All your Royalties are belong to me, his words cannot be over-looked. Both spectacular failure and unequaled political accomplishment may be accredited to All your Royalties are belong to me.
The question which we must each ask ourselves is, will we allow All your Royalties are belong to me to win our vote?

Conclusion

How much responsibility lies with All your Royalties are belong to me? We can say that All your Royalties are belong to me plays a large part in the lives of all. It brings peace, 'literally' plants seeds for harvest,, though All your Royalties are belong to me brings with it obvious difficulties, it is truly All your Royalties are belong to me.

One final thought from the talented Britney Schwarzenegger: 'I demand All your Royalties are belong to me, nothing more nothing less.' [3]

Well, as Tim and are are waiting for apl to join us in an undisclosed location, there seems to be a few legal issues regarding the payment , or lack thereof, of royalties.....

It seems Stinkdog records is now $25mill in the hole. I was kind enough to send the addresses of several Rumble participants to the creditors as majority shareholders. They will be contacting you shortly, as there seems to be some allegations of missappropriation of funds.....Tim, you know anything about that.....?

My CDR was broke in 2 when it arrived ...:( but i told Tim and he said he would send me another one .....what a cool guy !!! thanks Tim ..... :)
