I unzipped the file but i don't know how or where the program was created in
how do u make this program work with a USB controller please?

Yikes, things don't usually get this rough outside of the mic section. I use this VST plug-in, and I think that I do what you are trying to do (we freeware to get some cool sounds).

First, you need a VST Host software player thing-y (I don't know much about all this VST business, so don't expect proper terminology here). I downloaded MiniHost by Tobybear. It's free and works great.

So get your USB keyboard plugged in, launch MiniHost, you might have to fool with the setting a bit to choose your USB keys as the input, then open up Tweakbench from within MiniHost (nothing complicated here, just "file" then "open" or whatever).

Then you should be cooking with gas, buddy. Some of these free plugs at KVR are really cool, it's worth the tinkering time to get it working.

Ah, crap. Yeah, I didn't notice the original question was posted like a month ago. Well, glad you got it to work. I don't remember that plug sounding super-killer, but I don't remember it being totally awful either.

Did you find something better? I'd love to have a killer mellotron plug. I just bought Tracktion which comes with SampleTank SE - and I've been playing with SampleTank plugs almost exclusively ever since.
 
yea me too its really hard to find a really good mellotron plug

native instruments is ok too but im not really gets me off

They make a keyboard its called memotron its cool
