tube amp keeps blowing fuse

i have a sunn 200s. the fuse keeps blowing in this thing. it does need new tubes. does this have something to do with it?
 
The bias of the amp, really has nothing to do with the fuses blowing.

Although, old/worn/bad tubes WILL cause a fuse to blow, as typically bad tubes mean the amp will work over time to get them the power they are looking for. This is probably where your fuse issue is coming from

Get the amp retubed with a matched set, set the bias, and get back to jammin!
 
Filter caps. Get 'em swapped out. If it is an old unit, they should be replaced along with the rectifiers. A good techie should be able to troubleshoot your problem very quickly. Getting the right replacement parts may take a little longer.
