TS7 settings?

I got myself a ts7 as my new amp (ashdown fallen angel 60w combo) doesn't have enough gain, not nearly.

With the amp on half gain and the TS7's gain and drive both on ZERO, it still feeds back uncontrollably. And this is with it in the effects loop of a boss NS-2. Is it faulty?

Might have a physical problem with the pedal. Did you buy it new? Does it do it in front of the amp too? With the level set to 0, you shouldn't hear much of anything, let alone feedback. Does the "hot" switch effect it?

I tried it in front of my V-Amp to check it was working before i set off to the practise room where it appeared to be working normally.

At the amp, i didn't mess with the level controll i left it at 10 as my amps only just loud enough anyway.

Try setting the level to match the amps volume output. Having the level cranked to 10 on a heavily driven amp may be the problem.
