hey, no problem.. if you have any more problems setting it up, recording, or whatever just PM me and I'll help you out.

Ok past midnight here and I have been at this for awhile tonight.
Is there any part of the set up that would be different for 1-4 then 5-8???
I have made lots of buss's and used them for in's and outs so I get that totaly now. But I just dont want to think it is my board since it is brand new. Any idea's?

try this then:
go to (in cubase) devices then device setup. click on VST Multitrack on the list on the left and make sure that the ASIO driver is "M-Audio Delta ASIO"

my 1010LT is relatively new, just had out 4 stop working. all other outs work fine. hope yours isn't bad.

btw, sorry you got interrogated by the software police when you asked a question about cubase.

hope no one throws a stone, they could kill 2 birds, me and shiatzu........

Ok here is the deal.....
I was born a TRUE blonde!!!! I can prove it (dont say it!!!)
I can prove it by crying last night that some said my board was broken and laying in bed thinking what to do.
Then I wake up and see Travis's post saying one of his outs was bad already on his 1010 LT
So I said to myself...... self........ what happens if you turn the 4 channel compressor ON that is plugged into the sub group inserts. Maybe that will help.
TOLD YOU I WAS BLONDE
I have all my silly subgroups working yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay
I cant believe I was going through all this and it was a matter of turning something on. SillySillyMe

I promise to only come back about cubase question but thank you so mych for the help esp...shiatzu

Travis are you going to return your 1010? I hope it works out for you.

Stacy

I emailed M-Audio tech support yesterday. Hopefully it doesn't take forever to get this worked out.
