Trying to find EQ plugin

A couple of months ago, someone posted a link to a great free single-band parametric eq. Does anyone have the link? I can't seem to find it via the search. Thanks.

but for a great free one, search "paris eq vst" or "pariseq.dll"

Thanks, pipe. I've used paris and it's decent. I found the one I was looking for. It's called plpareq1, but they don't seem to have the freebie available anymore.
