Ok,

Suggestions well taken, I went back to the studio.

Backed off the rythm guitar slightly.

I also used my familiarity with my trucks cd player, and constant listening to comercial cds, to reset the treble response on my mix.

I added 3db of high end, seemed to really make a big difference.

Have a listen, I think it's much improved.

I'm actually happy with the sound now.

Hey GT,
...I must have missed the first mix, this one sounds cool though. Fun jam. :)

I listened to both.. sounds cool but the drums are still too low..

at leeeast some bass drum dude..

Cool jam. Great guitar sounds. Not much of a stereo spread, but it kind of adds to the 60s feel.

G,

Thanks for the listen, spur of the moment music, can be fun!!

B.SABBATH,

Now that I think about it, I had my drum machine volume set for my acoustic guitar, and forgot to reset it for my electric.

DUH!!

Well just pretend it's one of those old fashoined recordings, you know the ones where you could barely hear the drums.

Thanks for the second listen, I'm not worthy!

Doug H,

Thanks for listening, I was happiest with the tone of the main riff, and bass, not as happy with the tone on the lead.

Getting a really good bluesy sounding lead, may take more doing.

I do think the lead was thin, kind of like a Messa Boogie tone?

Hey at least the damn thing stayed in tune!!
