Treble-y vocals problem

Hey guys. I've been mixing my own stuff with varied success for a while now, but I feel like the last three or so songs I've done have all had this problem where the vocals are just crazy sharp and harsh sounding and I'm not sure why. Part of me thinks it might be something I'm doing (or not doing) in the master, because I'm pushing it pretty hard to be loud and full. But I'm also resistant to cutting the high frequencies of the vocal in the mix because I don't want to lose clarity. I'll put up both the mix and my "master" (really I just throw mix compression and TLS Maximizer at like +10db on it). If any of you guys have any ideas I'd love to hear them.

Could be many things. It sounds thin in the un-mastered mix as well.

What are you recording with (DAW, mic, interface, soundcard)?

The mic could be bad, or something simple like a HPFilter accidentally set to high....

Yeah, I'm starting to wonder if the mic is going bad, because I've used it for years but my last few tunes have had these issues.

My DAW is Sonar Home Studio 6 (old, I know), the mic is an AKG Perception 200 condenser, USB interface is a Lexicon Lambda (I don't think my soundcard factors in because it just uses the Lambda for all the audio output?). I could try running down the list and swapping some things. Maybe start using my SM58 for the vox instead.
