How would i transfer from a tape deck to my computer so I could put up songs on the net?

Easy as pie. First determine what kind of input connector type is on your sound cards line inputs (RCA? stereo mini?). Then you get some recording software (n-tracks, SoundForge, Wavelags, etc), hook up your cables from the playback deck to the sound card, hit record and go.

Connect tape deck output to soundcard input. Start "record" in your recording software, press "play" on tape deck. Voila!
Depending on your setup, there could be more details, but it really is that simple. Don't be intimidated by these damn computers. You can do it!

MP3. Waves are WAY too big for internet. As far as a place to post it, NoWhereRadio.com is the weapon of choice.
