Transfering files between sx3 and 5

Okay so my band have got a laptop with sx3 on it for locational recording.

Has anyone every noticed any problems with recording with sx3 but then taking the files to 5?

Nop. I went from cubase sx3 on my old desktop to cubase 5 on my new laptop and I encountered no problem (coming from cubase). I went throught a lot of problems going from x86 to x64 with my hardware though.. but this is another story!!!
