trance music NEED HELP!

hey guys i`m new in making TRANCE music (i used to make hip hop and trip hop music ) and this i totaly different way of making music.. I have a question on creating a SAW LEAD... How do i make a sound like that .. I`m only working on VST plugins like FM7 and ABSYNTH but i know people get nice sounds out of them .. but I need to know the basics.. How do i make that FULL stereo LEAD... i know there are like CHORDS but i also here them REALLY STEREO ... anybody knows?

I really don't know, gk.
I'm a musician and when I want to do something, I play it. I've some synth software I dick around with but no Plug Ins.

You would probably get a better responce if you were to post your question in the "Newbie" forum of this bbs. Or possibly go to the "Keyboard and Sound Modules" or better yet into the "Recording Techniques" forum.

Hope someone there can help ya cuz I durn sure can't.

Hey Bud. I would recommend getting a copy of ACID 3.0. (Now they are up to 4.0) This loop based software is great for Trance music. There are limitless loop libraries available for this too. Saws and the whole nine yards. Anyway here is a link:
