tin submarine

g'day,
my hats, snares etc after burning to cd sound like they are coming from a tin submarine owned by the Daleks from Dr Who,
any ideas?, also my mouse hums through the speakers when i move it about!!

Sounds like your soundcard is having a conflict with another device. Check your device manager and see if or what it's sharing IRQ's with.
