I was slightly mistake as to what time i did this. This particular one wasn't on the Soundblaster, it was on an M-Audio FW410, but I was still using the Berry 6 channel mixer and a crappy Ultragain 2 channel "tube" preamp.
Has plenty of things here and there that could be fixed, and the vocalist really needed to retrack just because of his sliding the pitch on the last word of every chorus or verse, but the quality is still pretty damn decent for a guy with 3 months of hobby-level recording experience. The is the rough cut, so there's empty space up front and the end cuts too early, but I have since fixed those and just never bothered to update this mp3. IMO, it beats the crap out of your recording, but then I'll let others be the judge of that.
