We got this out just in time for the Halloween holiday.

We got the perfect "family crypt" for "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again" from "The Phantom of the Opera". I thought of losing my dad like the songs says and easily cried during filming. My mom can't watch it without crying. LOL.

Have fun...and bring the tissues.

Nice voice. Sorry to hear about your loss.

Not my favorite version from a purely musical standpoint. You have a beautifully frail soprano voice, but if you are going to perform a piece from a musical, make sure the words are crystal clear. That's the point of a musical number, to tell the audience what one is feeling and words are extremely important for that. (As opposed to opera where the music carries the message.) Examples: "Hue were all that matter." or "then my world was shatter." While it is true, consonants should be strongest where the feeling or phrase is strongest and less at the ends of phrases, they should never be so imploded that they literally do not exist.

Also there are better karaoke background tracks are out there, this one is extremely tinny.

Overall nice job, pretty voice. Sorry to hear the backstory, but make sure whenever you record something it can stand on its own without having to explain it.
