Anyone that knows anything about this interesting "theremin" sounding instruments knows how impossibly hard it is to find one these days. Only around 40 were made back in their heyday of the 1920s. Well analogue systems has decided to make an updated version of these beasts.

Well, that's only the controller. What would also be needed it the different speaker systems it has, with different types of resonant features.

true, its only the controller but think of the possibilities you could have if hooked up to external synth.

Well, you have a note slide in addition to the keyboard, which gives you the possibility to play monophonic slide guitar on your analog synthesizer (if it has CV/gate inputs).

Thats it, really. Now, admittedly, that is exactly what you need once in a while, and when you need it, you really want this £1200 thingy . :)

HERE is something that would allow the same thing I guess... There's no midi yet on this one though, guess you'd need a real synth  ;) to use it.

Some markings on this one, and then one antenna from their theremin-controllers, and the synth ofcourse, and you could really make it sound like you could actually PLAY a theremin.

yeah... i've been thinking about suggesting that one too, but i haven't yet seen a CV to MIDI port... only on expensive analogue sequencers...
