Also, Giganova, thanks for pointing out the Microtech Gefell, which is $1,050 at Mercenary. However, I feel by the applications suggested by the manufactuter, the M930 is more of a cardioid only workhorse than a main vocal mic, and shares it's lineage with TLM103. Like any good workhorse, of course you can use it as a vocal mic.-Richie

Thanks, you are correct by stating I understood dynamic mics are a type of mic.

Man, I'm really torn between the C4 and the Peluso. After deciding yesterday on the Peluso, I just read Brent's explanation about the C4 at the PMI BBS.

I'll probably go with the Peluso's (95% confident), but this is not an ez decision. I respect a lot of folks opinions on the C4's and I'll probably buy a pair to mic at live gigs, but use the Peluso's to record with.
