So, that screen shot is good. You can see that the guitar trill starts on 4. the trill should be the downbeat on 1.
I don't have the individual tracks. If you could put them in the folder, that would be good. The one thing I DON'T want to do is edit your tracks at all. If I have the click track, I can align everything for me without editing anything,
