Not bad for a first time.
There are timing issues between the drums and the bass/guitars. The mix itself needs some dynamics. There isn't much punch, and the high end is sort of subdued. Try some EQ on the cymbal tracks, and some EQ/Compression on the kick and bass tracks. Guitars don't sound bad at all.
The song isn't bad either, but it needs some vocals. Or a melody instument.
Keep it up, no body said it was easy, but it is rewarding.
