What is this type of music? Punk/alternative?
I am not familair with it, so it is really hard for me to judge it, but I can try to help.
I love the intro. Strong guitar tone.
The vocals timing need work. Is the vocalist supposed to sound off-key? If so, then it is good, if not, then a bit of work on voice control.
The drums aren't bad, but the cymbals are actually sounding more noise, than distinct sound, in a lot of areas.
As I have said, this is not my area, but no one had offered to help yet, so I did. Sorry if I offended you.

OK. I'm going to tell you what a guitar player I respected told me one time: "Tightness. You guys need it." If these recordings indicate a serious attempt to create rock music, then the overriding problem is that you've missed cues and aren't all playing the same song at the same time.
Try recording live to a single mic for now, you'll probably get much better results that way and learn a lot in the process.
As far as "pop sensibility" goes, you guys definitely have the punkrock thing going on... Baby Buddha comes immediately to mind. Get some coordination going on and you'll likely have something.
