I'm tearing up the rug. I put a wall to wall down in my studio/lab about 6 years ago and just a couple days ago decided that it was better before I put the rug down! I know I'm a little slow to figure, but you see, it concurred with the whole digital transition so I didn't know what I needed. But, I think it made it too dead in there. I think it's better to have it too bright than too dead because you can always deaden it with some throw rugs. So my conclusion, for a Home Studio is to, preferably, have a room without a wall to wall rug!

I've used this stuff. Shines good. Slips well. Sounds great! :D

...by rug ;)

I thought about doing that or parquet but I reached REALLY deep down in my pocket and pulled out a big lint ball and then decided to rent a sander and buy some polyeurthane. :p Plus the floors are so warped and wicked that I would have had a hell of a time leveling everything off. The floor looks like the Streets of San Francisco. :D

geeee, good luck gettin' it done. sounds like you are going through major mess :D  :D
