I will give the answer everyone else will give.....it depends on the source
Now, for vocals I always use reverb. I do use delay to achieve a stereo ADT effect which is cool, but not what you would traditionally use delay for (multi feedback fade).
Actually, that's about all I use delay for, occasionally I'll use it for deliberate effects. Otherwise, I use reverb, or nothing in most cases.

Add a 'neither' and 'both when when appropriate' to the poll. I can't vote for either 'delay' nor 'reverb' as it depends on the given source or what is needed in any particular mix.

Sorry man. Polls are IMO really not a good way to start a thread. Not just the premise of limited options, but the fact that anyone that posts in the poll, will contact any poster that subscribed to it.
Just my opinion. I will be unsubscribing from this one soon.
Better just creating a post asking opinions on what others like to use, and why. The poll thing is just ridiculous. Again, IMO. But I won't be hanging out. Not that my opinion means anything either....
