true---and there's no other resources that specifically focus on the 2488. (anyone?) if your a manual guru fine. but the shortcuts humans provide after human experiences are invaluable.

Well, as a regular contributor to the Tascam forums, I can't help with the 2488, but if anyone has questions regarding the:

MX-2424 hard disk recorder
M3700 Console
M2524 Console

I may have answers.
