Tascam US-122 (sorta desperate)

Alright so I recently restored my computer (Windows XP). I reinstalled my Cubase and the Gigastudio 24 Bundle version that came with my Interface. Now when I plug my interface in via USB the green light that use to light up on my interface does not anymore. (Indicating it's connection with the computer im guessing) I know it is getting power because when I switch on Phantom power the red indicator light for that comes on.

I dont have any other programs to install when it ask for them and it seems like my gigastudio installed very quick and it should of taken longer, maybe it missed some parts. I really just think it is my computer after the restoring of it all. I went and did a windows update. Any responses would be greatly appreciate. I am desperate to get back to work on my music. Go to the tascam site and dowload the latest drivers for the US-122. They probably got deleted.

yea sounds like all you did was re-install the programs and not the drivers so thats the reason the update worked for you. i own the us-122 but don't use it cuz i recently got the fw-1082 that i'm still tryin to figure out
