Tascam US-122 MKII - Noise problem

Hi everyone,
I have US-122 MKII. It worked without any problems till now.
It makes really annoying noise in right channel. During recording audio (line or mic) often occurs crackles. I uploaded a sample of noise which is normalize to 10%.
Should I give back my interface on guarantee?

Yes. I've never seen a problem like that due to software or settings on the computer.

Ok, I'm gonna give it back after christmas. I've been thinking it may be caused by the ground loop but it occurs also when interface is plugged into laptop (working on battery).
