Tascam Track Not In Sync With Cubase

Hello,

I have a Tascam DP-32 and Cubase. I imported some tracks into the DP-32 from Cubase and recorded a vocal track in the DP-32.

When I export the vocal track back into Cubase, the vocal track starts late making it not in sync with the other tracks.

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Make sure that the cursor is set to the same point in both projects. If you import into Cubase it will paste it at the cursor point. Or you can move it by using the comp tool (looks like a hand). Grab it and slide it until it is lined up where you want it.

sounds like some cursors set to the wrong places that or sample rate but you wouldve heard some weird sounds out of the sample rate problem, so. Cursors.

Thanks for your replies. I have all of the cursors set a zero.

What I don't understand is the tracks are exactly synced when I import them into a different audio program, but not in Cubase. So I must be missing something in Cubase.

i'd retry exporting checking all the export window options just to be sure
