Tascam TMD1k>Delta TDIF>Sonar2=Win2k crashing

I'm using this setup and when in Sonar my computer keeps crashing (black screen to reboot) and warnings appear on the TMD1000 ("Different F's TDIF-1"??) It's a brand new Delta TDIF card and computer. Can anyone help me troubleshoot what's causing it?
If there's anyone who knows the ins & outs of the settings of this setup PLEASE help. Thanks in advance...
