TASCAM Portastudio 414 MkII help me auxiliaire send !!

Hello ! can someone help me : i use the tascam as a mixer, and I plugged some effects to the two aux send of the tascam.
But one affect is only hearable on the left side and the other one on the right side. Is there any possibilities to get over this issues?

How are you connecting the effects back to the Tascam? Inputs 5/6 and 7/8 are stereo 1/4" TRS jacks.
