I just purchased a Tascam Porta02 in excellent condition. I am fimiliar with the unit, I used to use one about ten years ago. I have tested out the unit and all seems fine except I can't record on tracks one and two. Tracks three and four work fine, when I record on 1 or 2 it appears to be working, but I hear nothing on playback. I would greatly appreciate any advice anyone has for troubleshooting this problem.
*update* I have discovered that all track are recording, but I can't hear playback on tracks 1 and 2. ????
