Tascam MS-16 pitch control PCB - Repair Help - Solved

Hello,

So my beloved MS-16 has decided it does not want me to use the "Vari" anymore. When I engage, it blinks on 49.9. It is not plaing on 49.9. It is playing much slower.

I have checked the Coarse and Fine sliders and they do not change voltage as I sweep. (7.35v)

I have checked the Manual but all I have is a poor quality PCB schematic without voltage guidance on pins. (perhaps someone here has one?)

Note: I also have the RC-65 plugged in. Engaging the varispeed from it does nothing.

Any ideas welcome. Would like to get it repaired. Not a complicated PCB but without a schematic I can't diagnose what is wrong.

So here are some readings I get on the schematic I have. Does this mean anything to anyone?

So I connected my slider to pin 5 on the IC with a jumper. re-centered the pot VARI.C to 0 and viola. perfect.
