Tascam M-520 Board, $50, Seattle

Just curious. Is the board really that big that you need "friends" to help pick it up?

That one has the optional wood panels so its probably around 100 pounds and a bit awkward for one person to comfortably grab and carry.

Maybe if they brushed a few inches of dirt off it would be lighter.
 
The stock M-520 is over 100lbs...heavier with the panels...I know there's no way I could've ever moved mine without help from another person and two others would have been a good idea.

BTW, I see no mention of the power supply or power umbilical. That would make it a parts mixer.

Boy, ain't it da truth, AIN'T IT DA TRUTH??!?? I live in fear of leaving the power supply or umbilical for my old-school Sound Craft board behind- and my son actually left the power supply for his SoundMaster in a club after a gig- and guess what closed the very next day? Months later, he actually was able to get back in the building and reclaim it. Talk about LUCKY...
