Tascam DP-24SD importing tracks

I export tracks from Cubase 14 but they don't show up in Audio Depot on the Tascam. I can open and play them on the PC so export as such is fine but I'm pretty sure I'm not saving or sending them to the correct location. On the computer I send the tracks to the MUSIC folder in (D DP-24SD. I've also tried sending to AudioDepot and the files are showing both places.
What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Export the .wav files from Cubase to a dedicated folder on your computer. Make sure that the .wav file format (sample rate and bit depth) of the files your moving match the sample rate and bit depth of the song that you've created on the DP-24SD. Assuming you've got those matched - this should be very straight forward.

Drag or copy/paste the files from the dedicated folder on your computer to the Audio Depot folder of the DP. You should be able to then open the Audio Depot directory from the main menu of the DP and see the file list. Below that screen list is the option to import or export - choose import and then it gives options of available unused tracks to import to. Voila.
