tascam dm 24 to cubase transfer data.. help!

does anyone know the correct procedure for transfer automation data from dm 24 to cubase sx via midi???

Automation transfer(?) to Cubase

You can back up your Automation info from the DM-24 as a MIDI file. I don't believe you can transfer mix information from the DM-24 to Cubase so that the same automation can run in Cubase. You may want to check with tech support but I believe the MIDI file created when backing up theautomation creates a file that can only be used by a DM-24.
