I'm am recording my music on this thing, and whenever I'm done and I turn it off, I turn it back on and it's as if everything got erased!!! I've been reading the Manuel and it says nothing about this, so I'm not sure if there is a button I should press, I know about the dual button btw. But yea it's a pain, my friend helped me record a thing a mf that thing has saved, but this thing in doing alone with another cassette is not working. I've even tried to record my voice and then turn it off to see if it saves and it doesn't! I've tried to press that save load botton and nothing happens! Please could someone help me!!! Thank you very much.

I don't know if this is a joke, but I will respond like it isn't.The 'save' button saves the routing.Audio on a cassette tape does not disappear.Put the tape in another cassette player-does it play back?
There is a battery inside,if it's dead, the unit would "forget" the routing, and and go back to a Factory default.
