t.mix PM184X II

P.A system help

Hey all,

Im looking into buying my first pa, what im planning to get is a 600w amp, and 2x300 speakers
(this is the set im looking into buying http://www.netzmarkt.de/thomann/thoiw6_tmixthebox_pm184xii_paset_4_prodinfo.html )
, but there was one line in the t.mix PM184X II info that confused me

"t.mix PM184X II, compact power mixer, 2x375W / 4Ohm, 2x200W/ 8Ohm"

Can anyone tell me how many watts it sends out, or what the differnce in the 40 and 80hm are?

Power depends on the speaker impedance... 4 ohm, or 8 ohm... whether they're hooked up in series or parallel...

say 8 ohms, so that must mean it gives them 200watts?
