I posted a message a couple weeks ago asking if anyone had any experience with T. C. Electronics warranty services. I didn't get any replies, so I figured that nobody had.
Anyway, I just wanted to let the group know that TC covered their warranty by shipping me a new Voice Prism to replace the one that crumped. In addition, they threw in a couple freebies, a watch and a pair of sunglasses.
The elapsed time was about four weeks. Not bad considering some of the others I have had to deal with.
