Does anyone know the best way to Sync 2 ADATs (1 XT20 and 1 XT16) to a Sony DCRTRV340 Digital Camcorder? Thanks for any help you can give.

Without some sort of sync being generated on playback or along with the video, I don't think it's possible....
What you need is a SMPTE sync output that you can feed into a BRC...
Without a BRC for the ADATs though, you're SOL....
