switching from PA9 to Sonar 7

sorry for the delay, but it is working now. My mistake was putting the softsynth on an individual track, not the synth rack.

Also, is there any way to set up a master folder for the wave files in Sonar 7 PE? More like the datapath of PA9.
 
You actually don't want to do that. You should keep your audio files in the same folder as your project. It makes backing it up alot easier, if need be. You can just drag and drop the project folder into your backup hard drive or whatever, and it'll have the audio as well. But if you REALLY need to, I think it's under your global options, and you can set the defaults on your project folders. I don't suggest you do that.

As far as the my documents folder question, I don't understand why you feel the need to get rid of that. Besides, I think some preset track templates might be in there, so just let it be.
